Privacy Policy

LustForge processes account details such as your email address and profile information, plus characters, worlds, chats, group chats, comments, reports, preferences, and technical information generated when you use the service.

Information is used to operate accounts, generate AI responses, save content you choose to keep, provide paid features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and maintain the security and reliability of LustForge.

Base44 hosts the application and its data. AI providers process prompts and conversation context to generate replies. Stripe processes payments and receives payment information; LustForge does not receive your full card number. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

LustForge does not sell personal information for money. Information may be disclosed to service providers that operate the app, when you choose to make content public, to comply with law, or to protect users, rights, and the service.

Private records are restricted to your authenticated account under the app’s access rules. Content you publish, including public characters or worlds, may be visible to other users. Settings let you control supported preferences and whether certain content is public.

Information is kept while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Settings lets you download a JSON copy of your user-owned app data and permanently delete that app data. Deleting app data does not delete the underlying login identity managed by Base44.

Reasonable access controls and service-provider protections are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. LustForge conversations are not described as end-to-end encrypted because AI services must process conversation content to generate replies.

LustForge is intended only for adults age 18 or older. This policy may be updated as the service and its providers change. Material updates will be reflected by revising the date above.
