You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms to use LustForge. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

LustForge provides fictional character creation and AI-generated roleplay. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or objectionable and does not represent professional advice or the views of LustForge. You are responsible for deciding whether generated content is appropriate for you.

You may not use LustForge for content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, instructions for serious wrongdoing, impersonation of real people for deception, infringement of others’ rights, malware, spam, or any unlawful purpose. Characters presented as adults must remain adults.

You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant LustForge and its service providers a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not upload content you lack permission to use.

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify the app administrator if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict or terminate access that violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the service.

Paid plans, prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the checkout terms say otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes and refund rights may vary by location and applicable law.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LustForge disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continuing to use LustForge after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
